NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that King County Fire Protection District No. 13 is now creating or maintaining a Small Works Roster of contractors interested in working on public works improvement contracts. The District is accepting applications to be placed on the roster(s) from licensed, bonded and insured contractors. Categories include all types of general construction including but not limited to: general contracting, painting, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, construction of modular structures, and other public works. The term of this roster or rosters shall be one year, commencing on July 10, 2023. Such roster or rosters may be
used instead of formal sealed bidding procedures when the estimated contract award is $350,000or less. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to apply. Qualified contractors will be added to the rosters on a continual basis.
